How to fix download pending error on Play Store

Sometime when we go to play store & try to download some apps then we facing a problem that the download not starting &it's show Download pending
So, if you facing this problem then follow the steps to fix this -
There are twp methods you can try.

Method 1 :-

1. Go to settings>Apps & find Play Store 
2. Tap on Play Store & clear apps data. 
3. Now back and also clear Download & Google Play Service data. 
4. Now to go play store and try to download apps. 

Method 2 :-

1. Download this VPN app for the link given & install. VPN better network - Download 
2. Open the the app & connect the VPN to any server. 
3. Open setting>Apps>Play Store & Force Stop the app. 
4. Now open Play Store & download the app. 

Method 3 :-

1. Reboot your device to Safe Mode. If you don't know how to reboot to safe mode click here for check my previous post on that. 
2. After that reboot to normal mode & try to download apps.
